ESSEX WAY SUNDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER.
As many of you know the organisation of The Essex Way relays changed last year with most of the Essex clubs (and some from outside Essex) getting together to ensure the survival of this epic race.
From a runner’s point of view nothing changed, still be run as a trail, instructions available from the web site. But with each club organising a leg.
The meeting to discuss this years event has not yet taken place but I have confirmed that it will be run again in the same format as last year. When we have more details about the leg that we are responsible for we will probably have a day to check our section as we did last year.
In the meantime please check your diaries and let me know if you will be able to run. If you have a preference of which leg you would like to run please let me know and I will try to accommodate this.
In recent years we have had 2 or 3 teams and it would be good to have that again this year.
If you are interested, let me know ASAP.
